Version 3 will be backward compatible with SPM grades using Old and New format. Version 3 wil be available for download from Thursday 4/3/2010 . Build1007V3 will have NEW deatures as follows ;

1. Teachers can enter marks for multiple exams .

2. Display messages from Staff Attendance.

3. Announcements for teachers entering marks.Upload spmmLookup for update.

Download Instructions :

After downloading build1007 you have to upgrade to New Format SPM grades . Goto Utiliti/SetUP Maklumat Sekolah. Click on SPMM Options and click on Exam/LAB.Click on Upgrade SPM Grades to New Format. Refresh tables. You can then edit the range for the grades of the new format.

Please note all the reports are NOT yet compatible with the new grades. This upgrade will only affect SPM grades for Form 4 and Form 5.

Please report any bugs as soon as possible.

The purpose of this Web site is to enhance the support and provide information to schools using the software package SPMM2001. A number of resources have been provided here to help you report and resolve problems, suggest improvements and learn about SPMM2001suite of products.

This software was developed for schools in Malaysia to reduce the duplicacy and workload of teachers in the class room especially form teachers. The pioneer school to use this software is SMK SERI AMPANG, IPOH, MALAYSIA from the year 2000. This software is targeted for Malaysian schools as the language used is in both Bahas Malaysia and English.
